A CRM supports the team when information and tasks stay consistent. SIXIS automates repetitive record-keeping, from enquiry registration to assignment and updates permitted by your company’s rules.

of many additions.
Automation in CRM needs fields, statuses and responsibilities understood equally by the team. We choose repetitive actions after clarifying them.
Applications are filed late.
A colleague copies data from forms or messages and manually creates the next task. During busy periods, some requests remain off the record or reach the person who needs to answer without the necessary information.
Same customer has hard-to-link records.
A new request creates another contact, although the firm already exists. Other times, a new project is superimposed on an old one. The team no longer distinguishes the customer history from the business discussion that needs to be tracked now.
Charges do not reflect the state of the case.
Requests are distributed according to known rules, but a colleague must apply them each time. Some tasks continue after the case is closed, and others are left without a person in charge when the regular person is not available.
Rules understood.
Actions consistent.
We automate completions and assignments for which there is sufficient information, keeping the check for unclear cases.
We can start with receiving requests or with a set of tasks from a stage. We do not on our own initiative change the way the company decides the qualification and trading conditions.
The SIXIS collaboration modelWe choose the actions and clarify the record.
We check how contacts, companies, projects and statuses are used. We identify repeated steps and required fields. If the team uses the same status with different meanings, we clarify the rule before turning it into an automatic action.
From you Examples from CRM and the person who can validate the rules of record.
We define mandatory identification and data.
We determine how we recognize a contact or firm and how we distinguish a new application from a repeated one. We agree that it can be completed from authorized sources. Possible duplicates and insufficient data reach the check, without automatic merging of uncertain cases.
From you Identifiers used and rules for new contacts, firms and projects.
We determine the distribution and tasks.
We define the criteria for assigning responsibility and the next step in each case. We specify the replacement or check queue when the rule does not find a suitable person. We also determine what stops tasks when the request is closed or changed.
From you Liabilities, allocation limits, and closing or change rules.
We implement and test in CRM.
We check what the system and available access allow. We test full, incomplete, repeat requests and new projects for existing customers. We confirm that the data and tasks are correct and that an error is visible to the person who can intervene.
From you Authorized access and cases to be validated before starting.
We track results and adjust.
We check requests without responsibility, duplicates to be clarified and tasks created or stopped. We determine who maintains the rules and how changes are evaluated in the CRM. We extend the automation after checking how the team actually uses the results.
From you Responsible for rules and feedback of colleagues working in CRM.
A WORKING EXAMPLE
Same client.
A new project.
A landscaping firm receives a request by form from a customer who has worked with it before. The new request concerns a different location and must be tracked separately from the completed project.
- The contact is verified.
- Rule seeks agreed data for identification. If the association is secure, the request can be linked to the existing contact. An ambiguous match reaches verification without automatically combining two people's histories.
- The project has its own records.
- The new location and requirements are kept in a separate case. The old project is not reopened just because the request comes from the same customer. The colleague sees the existing relationship and the goal of the new discussion.
- The next step has a responsible.
- The application is distributed according to the company's area and rules, with a verification task. If there is no valid assignment, the case remains visible to the assignee. Automation doesn't qualify it as an opportunity just because the form is complete.

Questions about
automation in CRM.
What can be completed and distributed according to the rules and what remains a commercial check.
How does it differ from CRM and pipeline organization?
The organization establishes the structure, statuses and information necessary for commercial tracking. Automation executes repetitive steps based on these rules: record, assign, or tasks. If the structure is not clear, we clarify it before we automate, so that we do not reproduce the same confusion more quickly.
Can you work with our current CRM?
We check available functions, access and necessary operations. Some actions can be done in the system, others require integration. We do not assume that every CRM enables the same automations. The choice of implementation remains related to the company's activity and the limits of the application.
Can form requests be automatically recorded?
Yes, if the data can reach the CRM through a compatible and authorized mechanism. We establish the mandatory fields, identification and assignment. An application with missing information must have a clarification route, and technical confirmation of registration does not mean commercial qualification.
How do you deal with possible duplicates?
We use identifiers and rules validated with the firm. Uncertain cases go for verification before joining. We distinguish the existing contact from a new project of the same client. Clearing the entire history is evaluated separately from preventing duplicates in new requests.
What happens if a responsible cannot be chosen?
We define a reviewer or visible list for unassigned cases. The rule does not need to send the request randomly to appear complete. We also determine how to deal with the unavailability, change of area of a colleague or a request that does not fit.
Can automation qualify and prioritize requests?
May apply certain explicit criteria or prepare information for verification, if data is sufficient. However, the qualification assumes commercial meaning, not just filled-in fields. We determine what conclusions are allowed and what must be confirmed by a person before the discussion continues.
Can we stop pregnancies after a case is closed?
Yes, if the state of closure and the burdens affected can be identified. We define what stops and what needs to be kept for other obligations or activities. We also test reopening, change of manager and parallel projects, so that we don't close steps that belong to another case.
How do we know automation works?
We verify registered claims, assignments, assignments and exceptions, using real cases. We track omissions and targeted administrative time. A faster completed record is useful if the team understands and uses it; it does not promise more sales by itself.
