Tell us what systems you use See how we workWhen the connection between the systems
is work of a colleague.
We start from the transfer that supports the company's activity. We don't connect apps just because there is a technical integration option.
The same data is entered twice.
An order is recorded in one system, then copied to another for billing or preparation. At each transfer, the team re-identifies the customer and checks that the data has been filled in without errors.
Systems understand the same information differently.
A product code or status does not have the same meaning in both places. The transfer apparently succeeds, but the result cannot be used without correction. An existing connection does not resolve the difference between rules and fields by itself.
Missing transfers are noticed late.
The team assumes that the information arrived, but an access error or application limit stopped the exchange. The case is only discovered when someone searches for the document or the customer asks for an answer.
What we transmit.
How we check receipt.
We define the data exchange before the connection and check the result in the system that must use it.
We begin with a delimited transfer. Extension to other data, directions or systems is evaluated after checking compatibility and company rules.
The SIXIS collaboration modelWe delineate the necessary transfer.
We identify the supported activity, the starting system and the destination. We determine what information or actions are required and what should not be submitted. We choose the right moment, for example the confirmation of an order, not the simple appearance of a work variant.
From you The systems used and an example of the transfer done today by hand.
We check access and compatibility.
We review available login methods, permissions, limits and provider conditions. We see if the destination allows the requested operation and if the result can be verified. Costs or necessary changes are clarified before choosing the implementation.
From you Authorized access, available documentation and relevant technical contacts.
We establish data correspondence.
We define which field from the source goes to the destination, how the records are identified and what transformations are allowed. We specify how to handle missing information, unknown values, and data that does not conform to the rules of the recipient system.
From you Meaning of firm fields, identifiers and validation rules.
We implement and test the exchange.
We check the transfer on ordinary cases and on incomplete or repeated data. We confirm the result at the destination, not just the dispatch of the request. We determine how errors are reported and how a transfer is resumed without creating duplicate records or documents.
From you Test cases and confirmation of results in both systems.
We start connection and checks.
We activate the integration in the approved area and track the initial transfers. We determine who is responsible for errors and access changes. We maintain a manual work path for agreed situations and document what needs to be checked when a system changes.
From you Operational manager and mode of intervention in case of interruption.
A WORKING EXAMPLE
A confirmed order.
Data for billing.
A firm prepares orders in one operational system and invoices in a separate system. The team enters the customer, the products and the confirmed conditions each time.
- The transfer begins at the agreed state.
- Confirmed order data is sent, after checks approved by the company. A still changeable command does not trigger the same action, and the issuance of a document is not assumed if the integration concerns only its preparation.
- The data is suitable for the destination.
- Codes, customer data and required fields are validated for the billing system. If a product cannot be identified, the case goes to verification. It is not replaced with a generic value to force the transfer.
- The result is confirmed.
- The team sees the record prepared or the reason why the transfer stopped. The replay uses the identification of the original command. Invoicing and issuance approval rules remain as set by your firm and accountant.
RELATED CAPABILITIES
What makes sense
of the connection.
Integration executes an agreed exchange. The organization of the process and the update rules must be clarified together with the team.
CRM / ERP flows
Determines what information must flow between the commercial side and operations.
APIs & synchronization
Defines exchanges and update rules when data must be maintained in agreement.
Workflow automation
Use connections between systems in routes with multiple stages and conditions.
Invoice → Payment
Clarifies the verification of documents and payments that a data transfer may support.
Questions about
connection of systems.
What we check before deployment and what we can support after launch.
Can you link any two applications?
We cannot confirm this without verification. It depends on the available features, access, documentation and operations allowed in each system. An application may allow data to be read, but not modified. If the requested exchange cannot be safely supported, we explain the limit and evaluate the alternatives.
Must integration work both ways?
Only if the activity requires it and the rules are clear. Sometimes it is enough for the reference system to send data to the other. A two-way exchange involves establishing the authoritative source for each field and handling concurrent changes, not just two independent transfers.
How do you avoid wrong copying of data?
We establish field correspondence and necessary checks before transfer. We test for identifiers, missing values, and company-specific cases. Data that cannot be safely interpreted are flagged for clarification. We do not assume that two fields with similar names have the same meaning.
What do we do if integration stops?
We define error reporting, who is responsible, and how to resume. For operations that can continue manually, we determine how the record is kept. The resume must take into account the actions already performed, so as not to duplicate records or documents in the destination.
Do we have to buy a new instrument?
Not necessarily. There may be features in current systems or connection methods already available. The choice depends on the exchange required, costs and maintenance. Licenses, consumption and possible provider services are clarified separately before implementation.
Can we also transfer historical data?
Can be evaluated, but migrating a history has different checks than the current exchange. Structure, data quality and risk of duplication should be analyzed. We determine the period, volume and which records are eligible. We do not automatically include all old data when integrating a new transfer.
Does integration also change the rules of the process?
Not of own initiative. The transfer must comply with the conditions and approvals agreed with the firm. If we discover an unclear rule or an unnecessary step, we propose to clarify it before implementation. The decision to modify the process rests with the responsible persons.
Who maintains the connection if a system changes?
Establishes scope of maintenance and responsibility for notification of changes. A change to fields, permissions or functions may require adjustments and testing. Collaboration must provide for what we check and how we intervene; we do not assume permanent compatibility with any vendor updates.
What data you copy
between systems?
Tell us where the information comes from, where it needs to go, and when the team uses it. We can verify that the required transfer can be supported by the current systems.
