Conversation in this tab
“Ask SIXIS” uses the key sixis-discovery-v3 for Romanian and sixis-discovery-v3-en for English, in sessionStorage. It keeps the draft, messages, replies and identifiers needed to continue the conversation in the same tab. It is written when you interact with the form, not for measuring visits. Data is not tracked between sites.
You can remove the history by "New conversation" or by clearing the site data from the browser. Closing the tab usually clears this storage, but restoring the session by the browser may preserve it. If the browser blocks the storage, the conversation works in memory and cannot be restored on reload.
Language preference
sixis-language is a first-party cookie that stores only the language manually selected (ro or en), for up to one year. It is created or updated only when you choose the other language in the selector, with JavaScript enabled; it uses Path=/, SameSite=Lax and Secure on HTTPS. It contains no identifier and is not used for tracking. Automatic detection does not create this cookie.
You can change your preference using the selector or remove it by deleting this site’s cookies in your browser. If storage is blocked, switching languages still works, but the choice is not remembered between visits.
Automatic site entry
sixis-entry is a first-party technical session cookie that stores only the automatic selection result, ro or en. It is created during the first automatic selection on the homepage, without a saved manual preference, to reuse the same language when you return to the domain in the same session, without another geolocation check. The manual preference always takes priority. It does not store the country, an identifier or page history. It uses Path=/, HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax and Secure on HTTPS, without Max-Age or Expires. The browser normally removes it when the session ends, but session restoration may retain it. You can remove it by deleting this site’s cookies.
Cookies for administration
sixis_admin is a first-party cookie used exclusively after authentication in the internal area. Keeps signed session including admin identity and CSRF protection for up to 4 hours. It is HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict and Axes on HTTPS production; has Path=/ and is not accessible to the scriptures. It is removed when you log out or change your password. It is not created for public visitors.
Why no banner appears
Conversation storage and language mechanisms serve the functions you request, while the internal cookie serves authentication requested by the administrator. There are no optional tracking categories to accept or reject. The site therefore does not display a consent banner or a “Cookie settings” button.
The site does not use localStorage, IndexedDB or a service worker. The browser may cache site resources for loading; the app does not use that cache to identify visitors.
Blocking cookies prevents login in admin. Deleting local storage does not delete technical status on the server or sent emails. For data processing and your rights, consult Privacy Policy.
