SIXIS / INFORMATION
Privacy Policy
Updated to
On sixis.ro you can find out what we do, you can use "Ask SIXIS" or you can contact us. Below we explain what data each of these interactions involves. For questions about your data, write to salut@sixis.ro.
Visiting the site
Hosting the website through Vercel involves receiving the IP address and technical data of the request, such as the requested page and the information transmitted by the browser. They enable site delivery and infrastructure protection. The site does not load analytics tools, advertising pixels or tracking scripts.
For automatic selection on the first entry to the homepage, we use the country code supplied by the hosting infrastructure based on the IP address: Romania means Romanian; other countries and unknown country mean English. We do not request the device’s location or store the country in a visitor profile. The manual choice is stored only as ro or en, for up to 365 days, and takes priority over country. A technical session cookie stores only the automatic selection result, ro or en, to reuse the same language when you return to the domain without another geolocation check. These mechanisms contain no identifier; details and removal instructions are in the cookies policy.
Ask SIXIS
The text you send reaches the SIXIS endpoint which formulates the response from the approved public information. We do not ask for name, email or phone. Do not send passwords, sensitive data or personal data about other people.
The conversation and the draft of the message are kept in sessionStorage, in the browser tab, for continuity on reload and navigation. "New conversation" clears local history; this action does not delete the technical state from the server. Your browser typically removes this storage when you close the tab; session restore can preserve it.
The server keeps random conversation and request identifiers, message fingerprints, responses, and structured context such as theme, tools mentioned, or a stated budget. To limit abuse, the IP address is transformed into an identifier by HMAC. This is pseudonymised, not anonymous. Questions are not kept clear in this register; any personal data entered may exist in the text received or in the context.
The conversation logically expires one hour after initiation; anti-abuse counters use a 15-minute window. Expired entries are removed on the next request of the same network identity. Expiration does not guarantee file deletion at that time.
Messages are not sent to an external AI API and are not used by this function to train a model. The answers provide a starting point; they do not produce decisions with legal or similarly significant effect about you.
Email and telephone
Contact links open your email or phone application. The site does not automatically send an email. If you choose to continue an email conversation, the draft includes your messages, which you can edit before sending.
If you contact us, we receive the data you communicate: email address or phone number, name if you provide it, the message and any attachments. We use them to respond to and discuss your request. The relevant duration depends on the resolution of the request, possible collaboration and applicable legal obligations.
Purposes and grounds
The operation of the website, the indicative answers and the prevention of abuse pursue the legitimate interest of providing a functional and safe website (art. 6 para. (1) letter f GDPR). The same theme applies to responding to a company representative. When you contact us in your own name for a possible collaboration, the processing required for the steps required before a contract is based on art. 6 para. (1) lit. b GDPR. Providing data is voluntary; without message or contact details we cannot respond to that request.
Who can receive the data
Vercel Infrastructure processes requests for hosting and operation. The persons responding to the request and the email or telephone providers can receive the data necessary for communication. For information about the locations of the processing, the storage periods of the infrastructure and the guarantees applicable to any transfers outside the European Economic Area, you can write to us at salut@sixis.ro.
Your rights
Under the terms of the GDPR, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and, where applicable, portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Send the application to salut@sixis.ro; the usual response time is one month, with the extensions allowed by law and the related information. You can file a complaint at ANSPDCP.
Details about browser storage are in Cookies and local storage policy. This policy must be updated when the functions or processing of the site change.
