SIXIS clarifies how information and work move between CRM, ERP and systems serving these roles. We agree when a conversation becomes an order, which data is required and who confirms the next operational step.

Show us how an order passes See how we workWhen sale must be continued in operations.
For companies where the customer, the offer and the order pass between systems and teams, and the commercial data does not always correspond to the information used for delivery or invoicing.
Order reenters and loses details.
We see what information comes from the discussion or offer and what the operating system requires. We establish the correct fields, check and source before choosing a transfer method.
Sales see other availability than deposit.
We clarify what the displayed stock means and who confirms what can be promised. We separate the commercial information from booking, delivery and the actual update.
A change of customer or order does not reach both places.
We define who can modify and which system is the source of each piece of information. We check the route for revisions, cancellations and errors, including when the transfer is done manually.
We clarify surrenders.
We check dates and states.
Systems must support the same commercial and operational process, with confirmed sources.
SIXIS organizes the agreed route and coordinates the agreed implementation. Your company validates commercial, operational and accounting rules. Integrating, migrating or extensively configuring systems has distinct requirements and costs after access verification.
The SIXIS collaboration modelWe pursue cases between the two systems.
We process a request, offer, acceptance and continuation to order, delivery or billing, within the chosen limits. We identify copied data, checks and delays. We also see what happens when the offer or the client's needs change along the way.
From you Systems, documents and examples of orders with complete and incomplete surrenders.
We establish the source of the information.
For customer, product, price, availability and status we choose which record is the reference. We are clarifying identifiers and fields that link cases. A difference between systems has a resolver; we don't let the transfer decide by default what value is correct.
From you Definitions and persons validating each category of data.
We define the time and conditions of continuation.
We determine what must be confirmed before creating or modifying an order. We specify who can decide and what information goes to the next role. Booking, delivery and issuance of documents have distinct states, confirmed by the operations that execute them.
From you Acceptance criteria, approval limits, and statuses used by teams.
We choose and test the transfer method.
We check available access, import or login options. We can start with a controlled handover if integration is not justified or possible. We test for missing data, duplicates, revisions and errors; additional technical implementation is delimited in explicit activities.
From you Technical access, permissions and responsible for testing records from both systems.
We establish the verification and treatment of differences.
We choose how records are compared and who tracks unconfirmed transfers. We document the process and manual intervention, including in case of unavailability. The assessment shows where redoes are reduced and what technical or data dependencies remain to be resolved.
From you Reconciliation officer and approved correction rules for data and documents.
A WORKING EXAMPLE
Replacement parts.
The offer must be verified for delivery.
A distributor prepares the offer in the commercial system and the warehouse manages the availability in the operational system. Customer acceptance requires verification of code, quantity and term before ordering.
- Identification
- We link the product and the customer through confirmed identifiers. Similar names are not used as sole evidence that records match.
- Confirmation
- The person in charge verifies the availability that can be promised and the conditions accepted. The order is created only according to the criteria established by the company.
- Modification
- A changed quantity has an audit trail in both systems. The difference and the unconfirmed transfer are visible to the intervener.
RELATED CAPABILITIES
The common route requires rules and consistent data.
Clarifying the process between CRM and ERP precedes the choice of automation. A handover can be manual or technically connected, but the criteria and responsibilities must remain understandable.
Quote → Order
Commercial acceptance is transformed into an order with clear information, checks and responsible.
Inventory & logistics
Availability, reservation and delivery have distinct operational definitions and confirmations.
Integrations
Connecting systems is designed and tested according to confirmed fields, sources and states.
APIs & synchronization
Updates between systems have source, commit, resume, and difference handling rules.
What must be common between systems.
Dates, States, Acceptance, and Technical Implementation Limits.
Should we change CRM or ERP?
Not from the first. We check the process and what the existing systems allow. A clearer teaching or a few rules can solve part of the problem. Changing a system is a distinct decision, with migration, costs and impact assessed separately.
Does this activity automatically include an integration?
Not automatically. We first organize the timing, dates and responsibilities of teaching. We then choose the right method based on access and compatibility. A technical integration can be included by an explicit purpose, with delimited testing, errors and operation.
Who decides which value is correct?
The company designates the source and the person responsible for each type of information. Price, customer data and availability may have different sources. We document the rules so that a difference is handled by the right person and not arbitrarily overridden.
Can we work if some transfers remain manual?
Yes. We define delivery information, verification and confirmation so that the route can be tracked. Automation can follow after the rules are stabilized. Even a technical connection needs clear intervention when data is incomplete or transfer fails.
How do we treat changed orders after acceptance?
We define who approves the change, which version is valid and which operations are already in progress. The systems keep the link and confirmed state. Corrections to documents or accounting rules are validated by competent people in the company, not invented in the integration.
Can you clear all historical data?
We separately assess the volume, types of errors and risk of changes. The new process may require limited preparation of relevant data. Cleaning or extended migration has its own purpose, with checks and approvals before changing company history.
How do we check that teaching is working?
We go through complete cases and error situations, in both systems. We check identifiers, fields, states and confirmations. A record that appears at the destination is compared to the source, and the differences and resolver are visible.
What should we prepare for the discussion?
The systems used, a regular order and one that required restorations or clarifications. Documents and people who can confirm the data are useful. From these cases we delineate the process and check if additional technical intervention is required.
Where information is changed between sale and delivery?
Show us how an order circulates and who checks it. We can identify the resources, handoffs, and conditions necessary for a common path between teams and systems.
