CRM & pipeline.Every conversationhas a next step.

SIXIS organises CRM contacts, opportunities and stages around how you sell. Each conversation has an owner, a history and a clear next action.

You can see what is in progress, what is awaiting a decision and what has ended. The system becomes a support for the team and for day-to-day business decisions.

Where is the discussion?
Who continues?

For firms where the sale goes through several conversations, offers or approvals, and information must remain available between people and stages.

  1. Contacts are in several places.

One colleague works from email, another from a table, and the CRM is completed at the end. We choose what information to keep and where, so the team can follow the same discussion.

  2. The stages do not say what happened.

"In progress" can mean an incomplete application, a submitted offer, or a negotiation. We define stages by business facts and pass criteria that people understand the same.

  3. Opportunities remain open without the next step.

The list seems large, but some discussions have not been updated since Monday. We separate the actual activity from the pending cases and determine who should decide whether to continue or close.

First, the actual route of the sale.

A good stage tells what has been confirmed and what must happen before we move forward.

SIXIS can organize the structure and way of using the existing system. You set the business responsibilities, and the team participates in testing a way of working that they can maintain.

The SIXIS collaboration model
  1. We follow several sales from start to finish.

We see how requests come in, what information is filled in, who prepares the offer and how the decision is made. We compare these cases with the current structure in CRM. We identify where history is lost or an opportunity is passed without sufficient data.

From you Examples of actual sales, system access and people involved in each step.

  2. We separate contact, company and opportunity.

We establish how individuals relate to companies and how distinct projects or requests of the same client are pursued. We choose the useful fields, the data source and the rules for duplicates. We only keep information that helps with work or a decision.

From you Existing data and how customers can have more than one person or project.

  3. We define the stages and rules of passage.

We choose clear names for the trade route and what must be confirmed at each stage. We determine who is responsible, the next action, and how we mark the wait, refusal, or loss. A contact does not become an opportunity just because it has been added to the system.

From you Qualification criteria, approvals and grounds for closure used by team.

  4. We put the structure to work and test it.

We set up fields and stages within agreed limits, then check real cases with people using the system. We organize the data cleaning necessary to get started. Large imports, links to other applications, and automations are priced separately based on available access.

From you Confirmation of correct data and time for testing with system users.

  5. We determine how it remains updated.

We define who completes the information and when opportunities without activity are verified. We prepare short instructions and a review to match the pace of the sale. Reports are based on agreed milestones and dates so the numbers can be explained.

From you An internal responsible for the way of working and feedback from the current use.

A client.
Two drafts.
Two decisions.

A fit-out firm discusses two premises with the same client. The first project has an offer under analysis, the second is awaiting measurements. A single status for the client would hide the difference between them. In this example, we organize the projects separately and keep the common contacts.

Company and people
The data of the customer and the persons involved remain linked to each other. The history shows who discusses the budget and who confirms the requirements of each space.
Opportunities
Each project has its known value, its own stage and the information still needed. The offer for one project does not automatically change the stage of the other.
Next action
A colleague returns for the decision on the offer; another confirms the measurements. Responsibilities and deadlines are visible without reconstructing the discussion from emails.

Questions about system and working method.

What we keep, what we organize and what people using the CRM must be able to do.

Do we need to buy a new CRM?

We start from the current system and problems. If it can support the data, milestones and responsibilities you need, we work with it. A change is justified by concrete requirements. The choice of an application, costs and possible data transfer are discussed before implementation.

Can we start if we only work in tables and email?

Yes, we can first clarify the trade route and the necessary information. We check if the existing organization is sufficient for your volume and team or if a CRM makes sense. We don't move data into an app before we know how it will be used and who maintains it.

How many stages should the pipeline have?

So far as to distinguish commercial steps which require different actions or decisions. There is no one-size-fits-all number for all companies. We avoid steps that say the same thing and check that people can determine the state of an opportunity from real information without conflicting interpretations.

What do we do with old data and duplicates?

We choose what information is useful for the current activity and how to confirm the correct source. Duplicates and incomplete data are handled according to agreed rules. We do not automatically delete or overwrite important history. Core cleanup and eventual large migrations have explicit boundaries and responsibilities.

How do we track multiple projects of the same client?

We separate the company and contacts from commercial opportunities. Each project can have its own requirements, stage and deadline, keeping in touch with the same client. We choose this structure based on how you sell, we don't turn every message into a new opportunity.

Who must update the CRM?

We determine who owns the conversation and what information they complete after each relevant step. SIXIS can organize and support the operation in the agreed area, but commercial confirmations must come from the people who know them. Updating should be part of the job, with commensurate effort.

Can you link CRM to other applications?

We check applications, available access and what information must be circulated. A connection may be possible through the means provided by the system or may require additional work. We do not promise to integrate any applications. We specify automation, migration and possible technical dependencies separately.

What does collaboration include and how do we evaluate it?

The offer specifies the structure, configuration, data and operating support included. We track if the opportunities have useful information, responsible and next step, and the team can explain the steps. Additional licenses and interventions are identified separately; A tidier list doesn't guarantee more sales by itself.
