Sales automation.Fewer repetitivesteps.
SIXIS organises and automates repetitive sales administration, from recording and assigning enquiries to creating tasks and passing information between stages.
People get the request and the context they need without the same copying operations. Business decisions and exceptions go to the designated person, with verification rules.

Where it is lost time?
For teams with a sufficiently clear business process and repetitive activities between requests, contacts, offers and handover of the customer to the deliverers.
Requests are distributed manually among colleagues.
A man checks the source, area or type of the request and passes it on. We define the assignment rules and what happens when there is no responsible person available.
The same data is copied between applications.
Company, person and requirements end up multiple times in tables, CRM or documents. We choose the information that can circulate safely and the system from which each value is confirmed.
The sale is completed, but the delivery remains incomplete.
Colleagues who deliver do not receive the accepted version, the deadline or all the requirements. We organize what needs to be sent and what commercial confirmation allows this step to start.
Rules before automation.
A clear process can delegate repetitive steps and recognize the case where a human must intervene.
SIXIS defines and implements the agreed automations, after checking the applications and available access. You approve the business rules and the persons responsible for the exceptions.
The SIXIS collaboration modelWe choose a stream worth automating.
We review the repeated activity, its volume and the errors that occur. We establish the beginning and the expected result: for example, a request registered and assigned correctly. If the process is still unclear, we organize it before trying to run it automatically.
From you Actual examples, approximate volume and time consumed by manual steps.
We define dates and decisions.
We determine what information comes in, where it is confirmed from, and what conditions choose the next step. We separate automated actions from commercial decisions. A discount, term promise, or offer exception is not approved just because the flow can generate a document.
From you Distribution rules, approvals, and reference source for material data.
We check what the systems allow.
We test the access and functions available for the required transfer. We choose a proportional solution, without an imposed supplier. If an app doesn't provide the right link, we explain the limit and establish a manual step or alternative before deployment.
From you Applications involved, authorized access, and person administering each system.
We build and test exceptions.
We check the normal route, missing data, duplicate request, lack of responsible and unavailability of an application. We define how to flag the problem and how to resume work without duplicates. Activation follows testing with approved data and cases within agreed limits.
From you Test cases and who confirms that the result is correct for the team.
Establish operation and review.
We define who sees failed executions, who intervenes, and which monitoring cooperates. We document the rules and opt-out. We check the time saved and errors left, then adjust the flow when the offer, team or applications change.
From you An internal person responsible for exceptions and notification of process changes.
A WORKING EXAMPLE
The request reaches the colleague.
With the dates that he needs.
A service firm receives requests from a form and distributes them according to the area served. In this example, the automation records the request, applies the confirmed rule, and creates a task. An area not covered or missing information requires a different follow-up.
- The clear case
- The request has the necessary data and a known area. It is recorded only once, assigned to the person in charge and accompanied by the useful information for the response.
- Exception
- If the zone is missing or no colleague matches the rule, the request ends up in a checklist, with notification to the person who can decide. It doesn't disappear between systems.
- Control
- If the transfer fails, the problem is visible and work can be resumed without a new duplicate request. The team can stop the flow if the rule no longer reflects the way of working.
RELATED CAPABILITIES
Automatic steps support people's decisions.
Automation uses rules and data from the business process. It is not a substitute for clarifying a need, approving an offer or being responsible for the customer.
CRM & pipeline
Clear contacts, opportunities, and stages provide where information and tasks can be tracked.
Lead qualification
Criteria can help guide requests, and unclear situations remain available for human evaluation.
Automated follow-up
Messages and notifications are a distinct stream with their own start and stop rules.
Sales reporting
We track the output of the stream and the quality of the data, along with the commercial course it supports.
What we automate and who intervenes.
The systems, rules, exceptions, and limits of an automation that must remain useful.
With what step should we begin?
We choose a repeated activity, with clear rules and an easily verifiable result. Sharing requests or transferring some data can be a good start. Priority is set by volume, time consumed and errors, not by how spectacular the connection between applications looks.
Can we automate if the process differs from client to client?
We can identify the common part and the cases that require human decision. We are not trying to force all situations into one rule. If the variations cannot be explained yet, we clarify the process beforehand. A limited and verifiable automation can be more useful than an overly broad flow.
Do we need to change current applications?
We first check the functions and access of the existing systems. The technical choice depends on the required transfer and what the applications allow. A change is discussed only if the requirement justifies it; we do not build the service around a specific CRM or automation provider.
What happens if an integration is not possible?
We confirm the limit before we promise implementation. We can analyze a native function, a controlled transfer, or a manual step that preserves continuity. We do not assume that any system can send and receive any information. The chosen variant and its consequences are explained in the collaboration.
How do we prevent duplicate claims or misassignments?
We define request identification, proper data source, and distribution rules. We test retransmission, incomplete data and the case where the responsible cannot be chosen. Exceptions have a check point and a designated human; it is not solved by assumptions hidden in the flow.
Can pricing or bid approval also be automated?
Rules already approved may be used, within explicit limits and with the necessary verification. Decisions without a rule, special discounts or new commitments remain with the designated person. The fact that we can generate an offer does not mean that we can automatically confirm all its terms.
Who attends when the flow stops?
We determine who receives the signal, who can intervene and how to continue the activity manually if necessary. Monitoring, support and review of the rules have an agreed purpose. Data, accounts and configurations remain with the customer, and continuity does not depend on fuzzy access or one person.
How is the result and the cost assessed?
We track correctly executed steps, exceptions, remaining manual time and quality of information transmitted. The cost depends on the flows and systems included, testing and subsequent support. Licenses or usage costs are specified separately. Automation is not a promise of unlimited sales or software development.
What commercial step do you take? over and over again?
Describe to us a request from the input to the responding peer and show us what is copied or checked manually. We can see what is worth automating and where a human decision needs to be kept.
