LinkedIn / Email.Two channels.One conversation.
SIXIS coordinates B2B contact across LinkedIn and email, keeping messages connected and preserving context for the person who takes the conversation forward.
We choose where it makes sense to start the discussion, when it can move to the other channel, and what context should be preserved. The recipient receives a natural continuation of the conversation.
Tell us how you get in touch See how we workWhere contact begins.
Where continues.
For companies with B2B business relationships where people use both the professional network and email to discuss and exchange information.
The same person receives two presentations.
A colleague writes on LinkedIn, another sends an email without knowing about the first contact. We put history and accountability in order so your company has a consistent approach.
The conversation moves and loses context.
Someone asks for details by email, but receives a presentation from scratch. We prepare the transition between channels with reference to what was discussed and the information requested.
It is not clear who must answer.
A contact reaches the profile of a colleague, and the offer must be prepared by someone else. We determine how the conversation flows without losing sight of the person, the request, or the next step.
The channel follows the conversation.
When the discussion moves from LinkedIn to email, the person should not have to start over.
We are working on messages and contact organization. The choice of channels, the people who use them and the terms of contact are established beforehand. Profiles and accounts remain the property of their respective owners.
The SIXIS collaboration modelWe see where the conversations are already.
We start with active contacts, tracked roles and how your team uses the two channels. We separate existing discussions from the first contact with a new person. We also determine the cases where email or LinkedIn are not appropriate.
From you Examples of conversations, who is managing them and what you want to get out of the contact.
We choose the route for each situation.
We define where the contact starts and what justifies the switch to the other channel: a request for details, an introduction to a colleague or a document to send. We check the email contact terms and platform rules without assuming that a public profile allows any approach.
From you Accounts used, sources of contacts and restrictions we must comply with.
We prepare messages that bind.
We write the first message, the frequent replies and the continuation by email. We keep the same proposition and the same information, but adapt the length and form to where the conversation is taking place. The texts are approved by you; references to previous discussions must be genuine.
From you Company tone, commercial arguments and materials we may send.
We keep the record and the responsible.
We determine where the last contact, the response and the next action are noted. Activity on LinkedIn is carried out by the profile holder and permitted means. SIXIS can prepare the messages and coordinate the follow-up in the agreed area, without multiple people independently contacting the same person.
From you Who communicates on each channel and who can continue the commercial discussion.
We check if the pass works.
We track whether responses reach the right place, whether requests for details are resolved and whether duplicate messages appear. We adjust the route and responsibilities according to real situations. Interest in a conversation goes further towards qualification with available history.
From you Feedback on ongoing discussions and bottlenecks between peers.
A WORKING EXAMPLE
A professional discussion.
The details arrive by email.
A technical consulting firm talks to a project manager on LinkedIn. It asks for a presentation of the service via email and indicates a colleague to be included. It's an example of channel coordination, not a promise that every contact will follow this route.
- The request
- We note what information was requested and the address indicated, under the applicable conditions. The email refers to the actual conversation and sends the material relevant to the project.
- Continuation
- The colleagues involved see the same context. It is clear who answers technical questions and who sets up the eventual commercial discussion.
- Return
- The next action is determined after the answer. A sent email does not start a new series of messages on LinkedIn in parallel.
RELATED CAPABILITIES
Channels support commercial relationship.
LinkedIn and email describe where we communicate. People selection, the reason for first contact, and evaluating an opportunity are distinct activities that can work together.
Cold outreach
We clarify what we propose at the first contact and why it would be worthwhile for the recipient to open a discussion.
B2B prospecting
We choose the relevant firms and individuals before deciding where it makes sense to contact them.
CRM & pipeline
Conversations in different channels keep a common history, a responsible and a next action.
Automated follow-up
Returns take into account the answer received and the channel on which the discussion continues.
Questions about the two channels.
Order of contact, approval of messages and how we keep a single conversation.
Must we use both channels for each person?
No. Some discussions can be conducted on a single channel. The choice depends on the person, the existing relationship and what we want to discuss. Using both channels makes sense when it helps the conversation, for example to send the required details, not just to repeat the same presentation.
What do we start with: LinkedIn or email?
We see where a context already exists and under what conditions we can make contact. Sometimes a professional conversation starts on LinkedIn; other times email is the right place for a known request. We do not use a universal order. We determine it for your segment, proposition and relationships.
Does a LinkedIn connection mean we can send commercial email?
Acceptance of a connection is not automatically treated as permission for commercial emails. We check the terms of contact and what the person asked for in the conversation. Changing the channel is done with a clear reason and under the applicable conditions, not by an assumption about the recipient's availability.
Who works from the LinkedIn personal profile?
The profile holder retains the identity and control of the account. We determine who is communicating and SIXIS can prepare the messages, steps and organization of responses. We do not build collaboration on the use of a colleague's identity by other people or on automatic submission not allowed by the platform.
Do we need to change addresses or email system?
We first check what you already use: the sender, receiving replies and the ability to preserve context. If there is a concrete problem of operation or access, we specify what needs to be prepared. We do not impose system change just to coordinate the two channels.
How do you avoid two colleagues contacting the same person?
We establish a person responsible and a place where the last contact is seen, including the channel and response. We also check for duplicates in the available data. When the conversation is forwarded to a colleague, we update the responsibility and next action; we do not let both approaches proceed separately.
Can we approve texts before they are used?
Yes. We approve the proposal, the first message and the follow-up options before we start. The person communicating retains the freedom to respond naturally, within the established limits. Statements about the offer, sample projects and any commitments must be confirmed by you.
How do we determine what collaboration includes and its cost?
We start from the active channels, the number of people involved and the problems of coordination. We specify the preparation of the messages, the management of the responses and the connection with the commercial system that comes into operation. The necessary data, infrastructure or other activities are identified separately; we do not promise a guaranteed number of conversations.
Where it is interrupted the discussion?
Show us how you get in touch now on LinkedIn and email and what happens after a response. From here we can organize a route in which the context reaches the right person.
