Cold outreach.A clear reasonto connect.

SIXIS prepares and manages first contact with suitable companies and people, based on what you offer and why it could be relevant to them.

We track B2B conversations relevant to a clear business objective: a need to clarify, a collaboration to explore or a project to discuss.

Tell us what you want to propose See how we work

You have an offer.
How do you begin the discussion?

For companies that sell products or services to other companies and want to initiate commercial relations outside the existing circle of contacts.

  1. The message does not show why it is worth answering.

The presentation of the company is correct, but it mainly talks about you. We look for the connection between your offer and a real situation of the recipient, then we express it simply, without assumptions about his needs.

  2. You want to discuss a specific offer.

You have a service, a product or a partnership proposal for a well-chosen segment. We prepare an approach that explains why you are approaching those companies and what step you propose to them.

  3. The first messages leave. Continuation is lost.

Some answers remain in the inbox, others require a return or reach the wrong colleague. We determine what happens after contact, who responds, and when the series of messages ends.

From the reason for the contact to conversation.

A good message shows why you are writing to that person and leaves room for him to decide whether the discussion makes sense.

SIXIS takes care of the preparation and operation of the contact within the agreed limits. You approve the proposal and messages; we determine together who answers and who takes the business discussion further.

The SIXIS collaboration model
  1. We clarify what you propose and to whom.

We choose the objective of the first contact and the step we ask for: a clarification, a short discussion or orientation to the right person. We check the target segment and roles. If the list does not exist or is not suitable, we work on prospecting first.

From you Concrete offer, targeted companies and what you would like to happen after the first response.

  2. We find the relevant reason and write the messages.

We link the proposal to real information about the company and the role of the recipient. We write the first message and the follow-ups, with a simple request and a tone suitable for your company. We do not pretend that there is a previous relationship and we do not use made-up emergencies.

From you Arguments we can support, useful examples and approval of texts.

  3. We prepare the contact before we start.

We choose the channel according to the recipients, the objective and the conditions in which we can contact them. We check the data source, sender, response mode and stop messages. When we use email, we also test submissions, links and unsubscribes. We start with a small group, at the agreed pace.

From you Approval of the method of contact, the necessary access and the person who continues the conversations.

  4. We continue depending on the answer.

We track the messages sent and the replies, in the established area. A question, a redirect, or a "later" require different continuations. We stop automatic bounces when a response occurs and honor opt-outs. For sales, we keep the history and what the responsible person has to do.

From you Answers to commercial questions and availability for discussions that arise.

  5. We see which discussions are worth continuing.

We evaluate what kind of answers we get, if we talk to the right people and which conversations lead to the proposed step. We adjust the message, selection or pace as we learn. A positive response is the beginning of a discussion; need, suitability and affordability are clarified through qualification.

From you Feedback from conversations and what happened to the opportunities discussed.

A recruiting firm.
A discussion of a concrete role.

Your firm helps companies recruit engineers. We choose companies with publicly advertised relevant positions and people who are in charge of recruitment. The ad provides a reason for discussion; it does not prove that the company wants an external supplier, nor does it take the place of permission to contact.

The first message
In the verified contact terms, we start from the advertised role and explain what your company can offer. We propose to clarify whether external support for that role would be useful.
An answer
"Submit details" asks for service information. "My colleague is in charge" requires a proper direction of the discussion. None of these answers mean we already have a qualified opportunity.
Commercial step
When there is interest in a discussion, the responsible person receives the context. Clarify the role, the deadline, the way of collaboration and who decides, before preparing a proposal.

What we clarify before first message.

The offer, the way we present it, the contact conditions and what we do with the answers.

Do we need a final offer to start?

Not necessarily a complete price offer, but we need to know what you propose, who it is useful for and what you can support in the discussion. If these things are still unclear, we clarify them before messages. The recipient must understand why you are contacting him and what you propose to discuss.

Who writes the messages and who approves them?

SIXIS writes messages and follow-ups based on your offer and arguments. You check the statements, the tone and the proposition before we start. We also determine on whose behalf the contact is made. Any important changes to the offer or message are discussed before they reach the recipients.

Does cold outreach only mean email?

No. The activity is defined by the first contact with a potential customer or B2B partner and the conversation we want to open. Email can be a channel, but the choice is made according to the targeted people, proposal and contact conditions. Included activities and channels are determined for your project.

Does a public address allow us to send a proposal?

Publishing an address or including it in a list does not automatically give us permission to send commercial messages. We check the source of the data and the legal conditions for the intended recipients and countries before contact. If the conditions of the chosen channel are not met, we do not start sending.

How many follow-ups do we make if we do not receive an answer?

We establish in advance a limited number and intervals between messages, appropriate to the proposal and the channel. A return adds a useful reason, clarification, or simpler step. No response does not justify endless messages. An answer changes the continuation; a refusal or request to stop ends the contact.

Who continues the discussion when someone is interested?

We decide before launch who handles the first responses and who discusses the need, offer or collaboration. In the agreed activity, SIXIS organizes the response and the teaching of the context. If your team follows through, they know what was intended and what the recipient said. A simple "yes, send details" is not treated as a qualified sale or opportunity.

What result do we aim for and when can we evaluate it?

We track whether the right people respond, what interest they express and how many conversations lead to the agreed commercial step. The number of messages sent provides context, it does not prove by itself that the activity is working. We establish an evaluation time after training and a work period suitable for the segment; we do not promise a number of appointments, contracts or a universal term.

What is included in the cost of collaboration?

The cost depends on what we prepare and operate: the messages, the contact, the answers and their evaluation, within the agreed limits. If the list needs to be built or infrastructure prepared, we specify these activities separately. Likewise, we identify the necessary costs for data, platforms or infrastructure. For the estimate we start from your offer, segment and what already exists.

Who would you like to start with? a discussion?

Tell us what you would like to propose, which companies and how you are contacting them now. We can see together what reason for discussion you have and what needs to be prepared so that the answers have a continuation.
