Show us a repetitive document See how we workWhen manual completion
produces omissions.
Automatic generation makes sense for documents with a stable structure and data that can be validated. We choose separately the cases that require drafting or judgment.
The same data is copied in many documents.
The name of the customer, the product and the confirmed conditions are re-entered in a minute, confirmation or report. Copying takes time and may leave fields from the previous case in a new document.
The models used are not consistent.
Each colleague keeps his own version. A changed condition or new field does not make it into all copies, and the firm must correct the documents after they have been prepared.
It is not clear from what data the document was created.
A file is redone after a change, but both versions continue to circulate. The team does not see which corresponds to the confirmed situation, nor if the document has passed the necessary verification.
Data validated.
A model approved.
We prepare the document according to explicit rules and keep its generation, verification and approval distinct.
We can start with only one type of document. The legal, fiscal or technical content is validated by the competent people in the company.
The SIXIS collaboration modelWe choose the valid document and model.
We analyze the examples used and determine which structure can remain constant. We identify the required variable fields, conditions and variants. The firm validates the model and content, including wording that has commercial, technical or legal effect.
From you Existing designs, completed examples, and person approving content.
We define sources and verifications.
We determine where each piece of information comes from and what must be confirmed before generation. We specify required fields, formats and rules for missing values. We do not fill in data such as prices, quantities, identities or conditions that have not been validated.
From you Authorized sources and completion rules for each type of case.
We determine the time and the destination.
We agree what event allows the preparation of the document, where it is kept and who verifies it. We define variant identification and what happens if the data is changed. Shipping to a customer or official issuance are treated as separate actions, if included.
From you Process states, retention rules and authorized recipients.
We implement and compare the results.
We generate documents for common cases and for examples with incomplete data, long texts or multiple positions. We check values, format and readability. We test replay to avoid copies being confused with new documents and confirm what happens on an error.
From you Representative cases and validation of resulting documents.
We start with a clear control.
We determine who tracks the results, how uncreated documents are flagged, and who can change the model. We check for changes before publishing a new version. We keep a manual completion method for situations that cannot proceed automatically.
From you Model responsible and rules for inspection or maintenance after start-up.
A WORKING EXAMPLE
Surrender of equipment.
Data already confirmed.
A firm rents equipment and prepares a report for each handover. Customer data, equipment identification and period are already recorded in the order record.
- The document uses the correct case.
- The model receives the confirmed order data and the serial of the assigned equipment. If a mandatory field is missing, the document is not submitted as completed; the designated person receives the necessary information for completion.
- Physical verification remains explicit.
- The condition of the equipment and accessories is confirmed by the person making the handover. The generation does not invent this confirmation and does not take the place of signature or acceptance by the client.
- A modification produces an identifiable variant.
- If the equipment is changed before handover, the document is updated according to the agreed rule. The team finds the valid variant, and the history allows clarification of a difference without confusing documents for two orders.

Questions about
generation of documents.
What can be filled in automatically and what must remain verified by a person.
What documents can be prepared automatically?
Documents with sufficiently stable structure and rules, such as confirmations, reports or minutes from known data. We check each type and its variants. A document that requires new wording, the interpretation of conditions, or a technical decision may require human drafting and verification.
Should we use AI for generation?
No. For known fields and approved patterns, regular completion rules may be more appropriate. AI can be evaluated separately for certain tasks with its own checks. It is not required to correctly enter the name, quantity or conditions already confirmed.
Who approves the model text?
The company designates the persons who can validate the content. Legal clauses, tax rules and technical information must be checked by competent persons. We can organize the model and automation, but we do not replace this validation and do not add commercial terms on our own initiative.
What happens if data is missing?
We define which fields are mandatory and which variants are allowed. The case stops or produces an explicitly incomplete variant, according to the approved rule. The manager sees what is missing. We don't make up values to get a document that looks complete.
Can the document be sent automatically to the client?
It can be evaluated as a separate step, after defining the check, recipient and sending conditions. Some documents require a person's approval before communication. We also set out how to deal with a wrong address, a changed variant or a failed submission.
Are invoicing and accounting rules included?
The preparation or issuance of an invoicing document can be evaluated according to the system and the approved rules. The tax and accounting treatment is validated by your company and the accountant. Technical Generation is not an accounting service and does not guarantee compatibility with any application.
How do we keep the correct version after a change?
We determine how to identify the document, the data source and the model used. A relevant change produces a variant that can be distinguished from the previous one. The keep and approve rule should show the team what they can use, not just create another file.
How do we check that automation is worth it?
We measure the frequency of documents, time to complete, and corrections required, along with the cost of implementing and maintaining the models. We start with a repeatable and verifiable type. If the structure changes often or the data is uncertain, clarifying it can be a useful first step.
