Show us what materials you have See how we workWhen the image must explains the offer.
For companies that need demonstrations, photos or campaign variants and want to organize production according to concrete uses, with a brief that the team can follow.
You have many files but few usable materials.
We check what each frame shows, quality, format and rights. We choose what can be edited and what is missing, so that the preparation starts from a clear selection.
Filming is done without knowing what we will have to publish.
We define uses and frameworks before production. A demo, a product detail, and a service presentation require different preparations; the brief makes them explicit.
The same material is sent in all formats.
Text, framing and duration can become difficult to follow. We prepare the necessary adaptations for each surface, keeping the message and checking readability on mobile.
We determine the use.
We prepare the necessary material.
A good brief explains what the client needs to see and understand.
SIXIS coordinates the concept, preparation and verifications included in the collaboration. You confirm the product information, access and publishable materials. Filming, studio, actors and complex production are planned and estimated separately.
The SIXIS collaboration modelWe inventory materials and uses.
We see the original files, where they will appear and what message they must support. We check what can be reused and what rights exist. We make a list of concrete deliveries, with formats and versions, before proposing additional production.
From you Original files, intended uses and existing rights information.
We prepare the concept and the brief.
We choose the idea, the demonstration and the order of the information. We describe the frameworks, the elements to show and the necessary explanations. We determine what should not be presented, including internal data or persons without consent, and who confirms the correctness of the product in the material.
From you Specifications, restrictions, style examples, and person validating presentation.
We organize the completion of the missing frames.
We define the place, the product, the participants and the necessary resources. Some frames can be simply obtained by the customer, others require specialized manufacturing. Responsibilities, timing and costs are set in advance, along with the terms of use of the result.
From you Access to product or location, availability of persons, and approval of production.
We edit and adapt the agreed materials.
We select the frames, build the montage and prepare the texts, subtitles or static versions. We check for framing, sound and readability in required formats. Color changes or retouching must accurately preserve what the customer will purchase or receive.
From you Consolidated remarks and confirmation that the image correctly represents the offer.
We check and hand over the final versions.
We control the text, rights, formats and versions before use. We organize the files and their identification so that the team can choose the right material. Feedback from campaigns can guide new variants with a defined brief and scope of work.
From you Final approval, destinations and responsible for use of materials.
A WORKING EXAMPLE
Decorative finishes.
The texture must shown correctly.
A manufacturer prepares materials for a range of finishes. The customer needs to see the texture and application, and the photos need to keep an accurate representation of the product.
- The frames
- The brief asks for details, the surface in context and stages of application. The company confirms the product, conditions and limitations of the demonstration.
- Adaptation
- From the approved material we prepare variants for the product page and advertisements. Text and important details remain visible in every frame.
- Verification
- Colors, names and conditions are checked before publication. The presentation materials do not replace the sample or the technical confirmation necessary for the choice.

What it includes preparation of materials.
Original files, brief, production, revisions and rights of use.
Can we start with existing photos and videos?
Yes. We check quality, subject matter and rights, then choose what can be used or adapted. The original files are more useful than the already compressed versions. If the material cannot support the required presentation, we explain which frames are missing and why.
Does SIXIS need to do the filming from scratch?
Not in any project. Some deliveries may use existing material or frames made by the client following a brief. New filming is planned separately, with clear resources, costs and timing. We do not assume a complex team, studio or production in all collaborations.
Can we prepare a brief for filming with the phone?
Yes, for situations where this type of material is appropriate. We specify the frames, light, sound, explanations and what to avoid. After receiving the files we check if they are usable; some products or demonstrations may require different production conditions.
How do we determine how many variants are needed?
By the uses, formats, and questions we want to test. Another framing is not always a new message. The delivery list shows what changes in each variant and what revisions are included, to realistically plan the work.
Who is responsible for music, images and people filmed?
We clarify the rights and agreements for the materials used, including the period and areas of use. The company confirms what it makes available, and the deliveries have the agreed checks. A file found online or a person present in the frame does not automatically imply advertising permission.
Can you use AI assisted imaging or editing?
When appropriate for the purpose and verifiable. We determine what is illustrative and what must represent the actual product. We do not use generation to invent features, clients, or results, and we check for identity, rights, and correctness before use.
How do we avoid a retouch that changes the product?
The firm validates the representation, and the brief specifies what can be corrected. We check the color, shape, details and possible display conditions. An adaptation for readability or framing must keep the information relevant to what the customer will buy.
Do we also get the source files?
We establish the format of the teaching and the rights to the sources in the project. The deliverables may include final files, variants, and usable sources as per production agreements. Clarification is done beforehand so the team knows what they can modify and reuse later.
What the material must show about your offer?
Show us the product, uses and files you have. We can identify useful materials now and what frameworks should be prepared for the sequel.
