When the offer must shown and explained.

For businesses that can convincingly present a product or service and need a clear connection between the ads seen and the requests handled.

  1. The advertisement attracts attention, but the demands do not match.

The message may leave the price, area or conditions unclear. We check what people understand from the material and what they find out only after filling out the form, and then correct this difference.

  2. You have been using the same materials for too long.

A single presentation limits what we can learn about the offer. We prepare distinct directions and workable options, starting from the customer's questions and from the evidence that the firm can show.

  3. Requests from the form reach the team late.

The outcome of the campaign also depends on the continuation. We determine what data is needed, where it goes and who is responsible, then we check a complete case before release.

We prepare the messages.
We test presentation of the offer.

The material, the audience and the continuation of the request are planned together.

SIXIS organizes the campaigns and coordinates the materials included in the collaboration. You approve the commercial promises and the budget, keep the accounts and confirm what the business can deliver. Photo/video production and Meta expense are stated separately.

The SIXIS collaboration model
  1. We choose the offer and the sought answer.

We clarify who could buy, in what situation and what should be communicated first. We see the campaign materials and history. We choose useful action and responsiveness so that the promoted offer can be supported by your company.

From you Current offer, customer inquiries and conditions of eligibility or delivery.

  2. We establish message directions.

We prepare several different approaches: demonstrating the product, explaining a situation or presenting a proof. We define what we test in each variant. Prices, testimonials and important claims are checked and approved before they go into advertising.

From you Correct product information, usable examples and consent to messages.

  3. We organize the materials according to the format.

We check available photos and videos, readability and usage rights. We can coordinate the editing, subtitling and adaptation included in the project. If necessary frames are missing, we determine what needs to be filmed or photographed and what that production entails.

From you Original Materials, Brand Rules, and Confirmation of Use Rights.

  4. We build and verify campaigns.

We set up the objective, audiences and approved budgets. We test the chosen destination, form or conversation, including the request reaching the person in charge. We check the measured events and relevant consent settings before we release the spend.

From you Access, budget, applicable data policy and person handling requests.

  5. We compare the variants and the quality of the answers.

We track delivery, spend and relevant actions for each direction tested. We put the results next to what the team finds out from the requests. We adjust the materials, the offer or the continuation, with an explanation of the reason and a review period suitable for the volume.

From you Feedback on requests, availability of the offer and confirmation of commercial changes.

Custom kitchens.
The request begins with a fair presentation.

A showroom promotes custom kitchens. Photos attract interest, but a useful application also needs information about the area, the type of project and the timing of the development.

The material
One variant shows the stages of a project, another explains what an initial discussion includes. The images and conditions shown correspond to the actual service.
The request
The form only asks for information useful to the first contact. The showroom checks if the project falls within the service area and during the period in which it can work.
Learning from pleadings
Observations on received drafts help the choice of messages. The interest in a photo and the matching request to the service are tracked separately.

What we clarify about Meta campaigns.

Materials, Access, Requests, and How We Organize Testing.

Need new photos and videos?

We first check what exists and what can be used. Some materials can be adapted in the project. When the offer needs new frames, we define a brief and the required production, with responsibilities and costs distinct from campaign management.

Can we use phone footage?

Yes, if they clearly show the offer and have image, sound and rights suitable for use. We can propose easy-to-film frames and explanations. The choice of style depends on the brand and the product; a simple video is not automatically suitable for every campaign.

Do we send people to the site or to a form?

We choose according to what the client needs to understand and what information is necessary for the first discussion. We check both routes where it makes sense. An easy-to-fill form also requires a well-organized follow-up to clarify the real need.

How do we use sales team feedback?

We establish some useful information: demand matching, area, type of need and commercial continuation. We analyze them alongside the results of the campaign. If people repeatedly ask about something unclear, we adjust the presentation of the offer or the information in the destination.

Who owns the account and materials?

The firm's accounts remain the client's, and SIXIS access is granted for the agreed activities. The rights to the materials are clarified in the project. We do not use photos, videos or testimonials for which there is no appropriate basis for use.

Does the advertising budget also include production?

Meta budget, campaign management and production are separate components. The offer shows which activities are included and which incur a separate cost. This way we can realistically plan both the ad testing and the necessary materials along the way.

Can you guarantee a fixed cost per claim?

Cost depends on supply, audience, competition, materials and how we measure demand. We can define a test and evaluation criteria. Reporting must also include the quality of requests, so that a low cost does not hide requests without a match.

What do we do when advertisements no longer bring the same results?

We check what has changed in the offer, materials, delivery, audience and continuation of requests. We formulate a hypothesis and choose a measurable intervention. Changing the campaign repeatedly without enough data can make evaluation more difficult, so we keep a history of decisions.

What the client should understand of your ad?

Show us the offer, some materials and what happens with the requests received. From here we can determine what is worth testing and what needs to be prepared beforehand.
