When visits are not continued as you would need.

For sites and pages that receive visitors but have a hard-to-follow path or unexplained differences between initial interest and completed actions.

  1. The form asks too much too soon.

We separate the information necessary for the first step from what can be clarified later. We check fields, errors and confirmation, keeping the data that the team actually needs.

  2. Visitors do not find an important condition.

Price, availability, delivery or criteria appear late. We see the actual questions and where they should be answered, then adjust the order and explanation.

  3. A page break is declared successful without context.

We compare the periods and sources of the visits, check the measurement and note what other changes have occurred. We choose tests appropriate to the volume, with conclusions commensurate with the data.

We note the difficulties.
We check proposed changes.

A useful intervention has a concrete problem, an explanation and a way of verification.

SIXIS coordinates the analysis, priorities and agreed changes. You confirm which action counts and the data needed to continue. Extensive technical work or additional tools are determined separately after we see what the site allows.

The SIXIS collaboration model
  1. We define the current action and route.

We determine what conversion means for the analyzed page and how it is recorded. We walk the trail on desktop and mobile, from visit source to confirmation. We also see what the team gets after the action, to keep the commercial sense of the rating.

From you Action pursued, sources of visits, and information about continuing applications.

  2. We collect the available evidence.

We analyze data, errors and questions received from customers. Usage observations are collected with appropriate data tools and conditions. We distinguish a verifiable flaw from a hypothesis and mark where the volume does not permit firm conclusions.

From you Accessible data, commercial feedback, and user reported issues.

  3. We prioritize interventions.

We choose the difficulties affecting the action: unclear information, unnecessary step, difficult form or error. For each proposal we explain what we want to change and what should be noticed. Eliminating a required check is not treated as an improvement simply because it shortens the route.

From you Confirmation of commercial terms and mandatory team information.

  4. We implement and verify use.

We modify content or included components and control functionality, keyboard, readability and mobile. We test for errors and action completion. When the volume and infrastructure allow for a comparison between variants, we establish the hypothesis, duration and criterion before starting.

From you Accesses, Variant Approval, and Resources for Implementation and Test.

  5. We evaluate under comparable conditions.

We track actions, quality of requests and changes in traffic or offer. We keep the history of interventions. An observed difference may warrant further investigation; the report shows what the data supports, what remains uncertain, and what is worth trying next.

From you Known commercial results and campaign, price or availability changes.

A request for furniture.
The form requires the right information.

A workshop asks, from the first form, for details that the client does not yet know. Requests may require a discussion and measurement prior to a full estimate.

The problem observed
We check the fields and errors, then discuss with the workshop what information is used in the first contact. Some details may be required in the measurement step.
Change
The initial form keeps the necessary contact and project type data. The confirmation explains the next step and the technical requirements remain in the quoting process.
Assessment
We compare claims completions and matching, with recorded sources and periods. An increase in the number is checked against the work necessary for the team to continue.

How we check an improvement.

Data, assumptions, tests, and what we keep in the trade route.

Do we need a lot of traffic to get started?

We can identify and correct errors or difficulties that are obvious and with low traffic. However, statistical comparisons between variants require sufficient data. We choose volume-proportional checks and say when an observation does not yet support a conclusion about the result.

Do you A/B test any changes?

Not in all situations. We check whether the traffic, duration and infrastructure allow for a useful test. Some defects must be corrected directly, and other assumptions can be evaluated through observation and feedback. The form of the check is chosen before, after the problem and data.

Must we change the whole design?

The intervention can be local: an explanation, a field, an error or the order of information. We keep what works and link proposals to concrete difficulties. An extensive change is justified separately, with the impact on the site and the process analyzed.

How do we choose what conversion means?

We start from the action that makes sense for the offer and what the team does with its result. It can be a relevant request, sign-up or order. An intermediate click is measured separately, so as not to be confused with completion.

Can you remove fields that reduce the number of requests?

We first analyze the role of each field. Some may be requested later, others are required for receipt, verification or applicable conditions. A simplification should also help business continuity, not transfer an unnoticed problem to the team.

How do we know that the difference comes from the page change?

We control, as much as possible, the sources, period, offer and other changes. We establish the method and limits of the assessment. If several factors have changed simultaneously, the report specifies this situation and avoids confidently attributing the result to a single intervention.

Do you include recordings of visitor sessions?

Only if they are necessary, agreed and can be configured with the right conditions of information and data protection. We do not automatically introduce a new tool. We may also use aggregate data, usability tests or feedback to understand difficulties.

What must we prepare?

Page, tracked action, traffic sources and some examples of requests or issues. Existing data and conditions that the process must maintain are useful. We determine from these what we can check and which interventions enter into the collaboration.

At what step do they stop site visitors?

Show us the page and what a client should do after reading it. We can check the route and choose a concrete problem to solve and evaluate.
