One month to
launch the range.
B2B distributor of lighting fixtures for commercial premises. Products: Linear, Circle and Wall. Fictional scenario used to explain collaboration.
What we put into work
The message and materials for the launch, the promotion to the relevant firms, the answers and the clarification of the requests, the preparation and the follow-up of the offers. We organize price, availability and term confirmations in a common sheet. Receipt confirmations and agreed follow-ups are automated and verified.
What the distributor decides
Technical information, prices, stock, delivery times and commercial conditions. Approve messages and materials before publishing. Negotiate and decide to accept orders.
During the month
We start with product information and necessary approvals. We publish approved materials, manage requests and track offers. We discuss exceptions with the distributor's interlocutor; at the end of the period, activities and next steps are in the report.
Conditions of collaboration
The scope, deliverables, fee, promotion budgets and deadlines are established before the start in the actual offer and contract. Monthly activity can continue based on agreed priorities.
Demonstration document, without tariffs, real customer or contractual commitments. It does not guarantee requests, orders or a certain financial result.

What we’ve done.
What comes next.
The same products. Same RFP for lighting. The activities of the moon and their stage, in the demo scenario.
Activity
The promotional message, material and campaign have been prepared and approved prior to publication. The RFP for showroom lighting has been clarified: 240 m², 12 Linear, 4 Circle and 6 Wall. Q01 offer completed and submitted after dealer confirmation.
What moved
The customer setting up the showroom has received the offer and established a discussion about the configuration and term. Automatic fallback stopped on response. The distributor is still negotiating the order; it is not reported as a closed sale.
Deadlock found and resolved
Failure to confirm availability delays the offer. Product information and approvals are now in a common sheet, with clear interlocutor and responsibility. The following offers may use the confirmed information while it remains valid.
What we continue
We follow the open offer and support the preparation of the discussion. We adapt the message and the material to the questions received. We check overdue approvals and confirm next month's priorities with the distributor.
Fictitious scenario, no real results or promises. The numbers describe the showroom example only; they are not SIXIS performance indicators.
